TAX SALE JUNE 14, 2023 AT 9 AM IN COURTROOM
IF YOU ARE A PROPERTY OWNER WITH A PROPERTY ON THE TAX SALE YOU MUST PAY ALL TAX YEARS INCLUDING 2022 BY 4PM ON JUNE 13, 2023 THEN REDEEM THE PROPERTY WITH THE COUNTY ATTORNEY AND PAY THE COURT FEES WITH DISTRICT COURT BEFORE 4:30 PM ON JUNE 13, 2023 TO GET OFF OF THE TAX SALE.
THE TREASURER’S OFFICE WILL START CLEARING PEOPLE FOR REGISTRATION FOR THE TAX SALE ON JUNE 1, 2023. If you would like to avoid the lines on Sale Day you may come in after June 1 to get your clearance, and then present it the day of the sale to get your bidder information.

Woodson County is hiring for a custodian for the Courthouse.
Wodson County Courthouse is now accepting applications for a full-time Custodian/maintenance position at the
courthouse. Starting at $14.00 an hour and includes full benefits. Applications are available in
the County Engineer Office at the Woodson County Courthouse, Room 106 Monday-Friday 8-3.

Woodson County Appraiser
The Appraiser's office is looking for a part time GIS Technician. The employee will be working on different geographical
layers of information. Updating soil maps, land use, and ownership mapes as sales, splits and combinations occur.
Responsible for updating E-911 and working with other departments. Prior GIS training and experience is a big plus.
Apply on Tuesday or Wednesday during the week at the appraiser's office.
